Lush | Tulip Reusable Bubble Bar

Hello Lovelies! Wow, after a long week of Lush Mother's Day Reviews we have finally reached my last one - and this time it's the Tulip Reusable Bubble Bar (£5.95). I actually bought two of these, one for myself and my Mum but I ended up caving and gave her it early (so much self control). As I said in my Flowering Tea Reusable Bubble Bar review, I have never been a big fan of reusable bubble bars as I often find that they look adorable but in practice they are more hassle then they're worth but on the plus side they're amazing value as you can get quite a few baths out of them.

Tulip after all is gorgeous, how can you not love the design? And of course it makes a perfect Mother's Day present. Scent wise this didn't really leave a very strong impression on me. It has quite a calm floral scent, with hints of Jasmine and Ylang Ylang but it definitely doesn't overpower so good for people who like something a bit understated. When you run this under the tap it creates a flurry of soft bubbles, but leaves a rather disappointing colour which wasn't really my cup of tea. Honestly it just looks a little murky to me!

All in all, Tulip did end up making me feel a little underwhelmed but I'm probably being a bit harsh. It creates quite an average bath, and I wasn't a big fan of the scent either. But on the plus side you can get a lot of baths out of this, so if you really love the scent - go for it!

Thank you for reading lovelies! Here's a list of all the Mother's Day reviews I've done!

  1. It's too bad that this wasn't amazing, but the bubbles seem quite nice ♥

  2. I wish I still had a bath :( I miss being able to buy Lush's bath bombs, having a shower sucks! They do other bubble bar's though that aren't terrible so least that is something.

  3. Oh my gosh this looks soooooo pretty and cute, I mean the colour in the bath doesn't look the best ever, but the general aesthetics of the product beforehand is just...wow! so cute:) x
