Lifestyle | 20 Blog Posts I Loved In June

Hello Lovelies! June has been a really odd one, and a really sad one too. I've found myself putting on my super sparkly in your face unicorn socks, downing lattes by the gallon and just wanting to switch off from the world for a bit. I've also (for all you nosey people out there) been on dates with the loveliest guy, who has so far not turned out to either be a jerk or a creep - this is a actually a miracle. But that aside, let's get down to celebrating some of the amazing bloggers out there, and ultimately giving you all the reason in the world to procrastinate. I know I'm the best. So go on grab a cup of tea or coffee, and get your reading game on. There will be links, many links, be prepared people.

1) I love Tamzin's post about 'Multi Masking' - a concept that is completely new to me. But using different face masks on different areas of your skin? Genius.

2) It's sunglasses season and I'm obsessed with my blogger bestie Rachel's new Quay Australia Marble Frames. Apparently I don't have enough marble in my life yet...

3) Rhi did a post about Benefit's new brow releases and I'm currently lusting over it all. Plus her photography is so on point here.

4) Megan's post on Not Being Defined By A Number is one I really relate to, not just with followers but with so many other areas of my life too.

5) Katy's I'm Allowed To Be Heartbroken sums up perfectly how a lot of us felt after the EU referendum result. There was a sense of loss that's actually just really hard to put into words.

6) Anyone obsessed with getting their presents spot on, should check out Oh Joy's 3 Ways To Be A Wrap Star post. It reminds me of that scene in Love Actually where Rowan Atkinson goes a bit overboard on the packaging (in the best possible way).

7) In last month's post I talked about how Kirsty was hilarious, but annoyingly she's super stylish too. I love her 'The Not Quite Dress'. She looks absolutely gorge and effortless.

9) A lot of bloggers this month have been talking about their experiences with Scoliosis (God I'm proud of them) including Shona, Rhi and Martha. Each of their posts and videos on their experience are well worth the watch and read.

10) Every Sunday I look forward to grabbing a cup of tea, sitting down and checking out Fran's Sunday Snuggle Down. It's a lovely little collection of blog posts she's read over the week and I absolutely love it - check out last week's here.

11) Calling all Potter fans, you kind of need to totally go to the House of Minalima exhibition.  Cherie's post about it made me go, and I did not regret a thing - the art was amazing!

12) This month I met the lovely Liam and we went to Wagamamas, The House of Minalima exhibition and The National Gallery. It was so much fun and you can read all about it in his post.

13) Charlotte's post on Must Have Apps For Bloggers is super useful and even includes a Rose Gold Iphone Giveaway (umm yes please!).

14) This month I've fallen in love with Katia's exuberant and cutesy style, three words Pom Pom Cardigan. Love, Love, Love.

15) Olivia's English Country Garden post is everything I want from Summer. Holding back the urge to buy a straw hat and pretty dress as we speak. I may be a London girl, but damn I do love the countryside.

16) Y'all know I love interior design and homeware, and I'm also a big fan of wallpaper. To be honest guys if I had my own house I'd probably try and wallpaper everything (someone stop me), so I'm head over heels with the idea of putting wallpaper on the stairs.

17) I've found myself drooling over the idea of this Lemon Blueberry Loaf Cake this month, I will definitely be giving this one a go.

18) Paula's post on ditching your desire to be perfect, is a nice reminder that most of us are just really way too hard on yourselves. A perfect read especially if you've found yourself in a bit of a creative/blogging rut.

19) Recently I've been reading a bit more, so I love Neely's post on 10 Books To Read For A Happier Life. Definitely worth the read as it seems a lot of us need a bit of cheering up.

20) And finally I loved Vix's post on Why Strong Women Need Strong Men. I've said it before, but I'll say it again - this girl is my dating Guru.

Thank you for reading lovelies! If you have any posts you loved this month too then please do let me know about them!
