Lifestyle | Pawsome October Box

Hello Lovelies! Another month, another Pawsome box* yay! I'm not sure who is more excited about this me or Molly, probably Molly. This time the Pawsome box has had a bit of a makeover with some really cute little dog illustrations inside and outside of the box, which are so adorable and was a nice little touch to see. As with every Pawsome box, you get your Paw Notes booklet telling you about all the products in the box. It's actually like a mini dog magazine, so it's perfect if you love finding out more about dogs and want a bit more in depth detail about what's in the box.

I have a lot of respect for anyone who can manage to actually get good photos of their dog. Unless Molly is sleeping, she's always moving around especially if there's anything vaguely exciting going on. So when we both opened the Pawsome box together there was one item she went completely mental over, this crunchy rawhide lollypop. This was definitely the highlight for Molly, as she's crazy about anything with rawhide so it was a nice little treat to share with her.

Apart from the toys, the treats are obviously any dog's favourite part of the Pawsome box. I love the packaging on the Captain Jack's Fish Treats, so so cute and even better they are made with 100% salmon so are high in Omega 3 so will help keep Molly's teeth, skin and coat healthy. The other treats are these Pet Munchies in Chicken and Liver flavour. Molly's favourite treats are liver ones, so I am sure she'll really love these!

The most interesting product in the box was the Nilaqua shampoo, which is essentially a dry shampoo as you don't need to use it with water but it's actually a liquid. Basically you massage it into your dog's fur, and then dry with a towel and it leaves your dog's coat lovely and shiny. This is perfect for Molly as she absolutely loathes baths and luckily she didn't mind this so it's definitely something I'll use again. The only downside is that it has quite a strong perfumey scent that I'm not really a fan of, but this does fade away after a couple of days. As well as the shampoo, they also gave us some waste bags which will definitely come in handy!

Molly's second favourite thing from the Pawsome box was this squeaky ball that she was crazy about. She actually ran around with it for nearly half an hour, which is proof that even nine year old Sheepdogs have all the energy in the world. The other toy was this cow toy, which is like a plush without the stuffing and you can even put a water bottle in it? I don't really get why, but I reckon some dogs like playing with plastic bottles? Who knows? Either way Molly loves playing with this plush, and it's great that there's no stuffing she can get to and destroy.

  5. super cute! these are pretty good considering Molly moves around so much! hahaha. my London moves very little, he likes to just stare at you and sit next to you and gaze somewhere, which makes it pretty easy to take a good shot of him. but his not moving around so much actually makes taking a lot photos boring pretty easily, because he does nothing much! :D

    1. Haha they are the best pictures I could get, she's very difficult to get photos of unless she's posing! Aww that sounds adorable - well at least he's easy to take photos of! My little one is always running away from me :)
