Lush | Tisty Tosty Bath Bomb

Hello Lovelies! I've had a Tisty Tosty bath bomb in my collection for ages, as honestly this one is so pretty I was actually quite reluctant to dissolve it. Tisty Tosty (£3.35) is a pretty heart-shaped bath bomb with rose petals and a wonderful floral scent. It's a whole mixture of scents but to me it smells like a lovely mixture of rose and lemon which I really really like. If you're not a fan of rose scents though, you should probably give this one a miss! The interesting aspect of this bath bomb is apparently it's based off a medieval love potion which I think is a really cute touch.

When you drop Tisty Tosty in your bath, it dissolves really quickly spurting out pretty rose buds into your bath and making your water ever so slightly cloudy. What I will say is that this isn't really anything special to watch as there aren't any hidden surprises, so it really suits a calming bath where you just want to unwind and relax.

What I will say about Tisty Tosty is that it's a little disappointing. If you compare it to Rose Bombshell, it really does lack the drama that has. Also I feel like this would be better if it had a few more rose petals like Rose Queen, as the few rose buds seem a little awkward to me even if there are seven. That said if you love the scent and are looking for something simple, this is probably for you. In terms of the scent I loved it, but I did find it faded quickly and that the water didn't feel particularly special to me. But then my sister who tried one of these too said she loved it because it was more grown up, so this is definitely about preference.

All in all, I probably won't be buying a Tisty Tosty bath bomb again, as I prefer ones that are a bit more exciting but  I do love its scent and I think it's great for anyone who loves something that has no frills and is nice and simple! Thanks for reading lovelies, have you tried any Lush products lately?

  3. This looks like a lovely bath bomb and one I would buy as a gift but I like my bath bombs to have something special about them like a ridiculously bright colour or glitter. =^-^=

  12. I was just about to say that through the pictures, it's not as flamboyant as the others that you have featured here and then I read you're a little disappointed by it. I haven't bought Lush bath bomb for months now and quite frankly, I don't miss them. LOL!
