Review: St. Ives Apricot Scrub

Hey lovelies! I don't know about you, but I really love using and trying out facial scrubs because they always seem to have a noticeable affect on my skin - whether that's a bad or a good one. Over the years I have tried quite a few scrubs where it feels a little like I'm rubbing sand over my face and left my face sore but there are some facial scrubs out there that really do work wonders. The Apricot Scrub (£3.99) is one of them. I've been using this for several months now, once a week (and somehow this is still like half full?) so it's really great value. This particular scrub is meant for people with oily and blemish prone skin - as it is completely oil free!

One of the things that I really love about this scrub is that it smells and feels very natural - it has a lovely scent of Apricot and a slightly grainy texture (100% natural exfoliants). When you use this to scrub your face, you can really feel the effect it has but it's not harsh at all - so perfect if you have very sensitive skin like me. The only downside of this product is that (like most facial scrubs), it is a little bit of a nightmare to get off your skin, but so long as you wash your face thoroughly afterwards it should all be gone.

Whilst this is a relatively unknown brand, it is a secret favourite for a lot of people, because it really does work so well. I've only heard good things about this - so it's really worth buying if you're looking for a great facial scrub. It tends to be a bit hidden away in stores - it's usually quite out of the way in Superdrug, so keep your eye out for it.

Thank you for reading lovelies! Hope you enjoyed this review! As always let me know in the comment section below if you've tried a St. Ives product. 8. Great review :) I remember this being raved about on Youtube a few years ago and I loved the sound of it, but for some reason I never picked it up! I'll keep a look out for it when I'm next in Boots as I need a new face scrub!

    1. Yeah it's really a great product but no one has really raved about it in a while! Definitely one of my all time beauty favourites already - and I've only used it for a few months!
