Review Lush's Yog Nog Soap

Hey Lovelies! If you read my Lush Festive Friends and Rudolph Box Un-boxing you'll know I got this lovely Yog Nog soap from my Rudolph Box. If I'm honest I asked for the Rudolph box for Christmas purely because I was obsessed with how cute it was and initially didn't think I'd love the contents of the box too much purely because I'm a big bath bomb/bubble bar and never really was tempted to try their other products.

But actually, I love this soap! It has a lovely rich buttery Christmasy smell, so gorgeous you almost want to taste it. Don't worry I didn't try... The soap itself lathers up nicely, and makes your skin feel really soft and smooth (and smelling delicious!). Also, the soap has a little texture to it as it has this sort of fine brown powder on it (not entirely sure how to explain it) but this scrubs away at your skin a little without being harsh at all.

I really hope this is back next year for Christmas, because I definitely want to buy another one to get into the Christmas mood next year! Anyways, thanks for reading lovelies. Let me know in the comment section below if you've tried any Lush soaps!

  2. I have Yog Nog as well, and while I love the scent I didn't like the soap itself. It was too drying for me, maybe because I have sensitive skin - it just didn't work out. But it was so lovely to smell!

  3. Ah! Lush! How timely! I just received a package from them today! I know it's a British company, but they also make products here in Canada (in British Columbia). In my pursuit for sustainable fashion, I fell onto their products. I love that they are natural, ethical and not tested on animals. I will be posting my reviews on their deodorant, mascara, and makeup in the next few weeks!

  7. That's a soap? Ohh, now I have to try Lush soaps too. I have failed to see what's the rave about their bath bombs but maybe it's due to the concept of bath is still new to me. Maybe their other range will impress me more.

    1. I think you either love Lush bath bombs or you don't, I think the main thing is that they're fun and exciting. But yes you should try some other products from their range!

  8. Sounds like a really good deal. This product reminds me so much of many other lush products, the Christmas present and also an Easter egg one. :D I wouldn't mind one. <3
