Review: Sleek i-Divine Vintage Romance Palette

Hey there lovelies, today I'm reviewing the Sleek i-Divine Vintage Romance Palette (£7.99) which I very luckily won in Victoria's (Rambling Makeup) giveaway - thank you again! I've never actually used any Sleek products before but have always been close to trying some, so I was really excited to try this out.

The eye shadow palette comes in a cardboard sleeve which I really love, but the actual palette is a sleek black case, which usefully has a mirror inside it and a double ended brush.

The palette has a really great selection of romantic colours, each with a name under the 'Vintage Romance theme' which I really like. Among my favourites are the deep purple shades of Marry in Monte Carlo and Honeymoon in Hollywood. Whilst the first eight shades have a shimmery finish, the last four have a feathery matte look. Each of the colours are very pigmented so they look really nice when applied. Here are my swatches:

Overall I really do love this palette, as the colours are really good quality and there is a lovely selection. And at £7.99, I can't really complain about the price either!

What is your favourite colour from this palette? Tell me in the comment section below!

  8. I'm, in a way, shocked by how similar the Storm palette and the Vintage Romance palette really look when compared. I'm still wanting to buy VR one day though lol. The colors are beautiful, and I love the berry tones. :)
