Home | The Monday Home Edit (10th April - 16th April)

Nowadays in fashion and homeware, one of the current obsessions seems to be updating vintage style. You only have to look at your shoes, dresses or shirts to see this. I mean remember when embroidery was associated with grandmas and being out of fashion, now you see it everywhere! So this week's edit is all about modern takes on old school style, and it's something to be honest that I really love. This week's picks are from Asos, OhhDeer, Sass and Belle, Joy and Urban Outfitters.

1. Kitty Bud Vase £12.00 [x] : I really like animal vases. No let me rephrase that, I love them and this vintage style bud vase is just adorable and so elegant too. It may be only able to fit a few flowers, but hey at least that way it's cheaper to fill.

2. Original Duckhead White Grid Umbrella £22.00 [x] : I've spied these cute duck umbrellas everywhere, but this updated version with that modern white grid print has really won me over.

3. Pressed Floral Glasses Set £14.00 [x] : One of the latest homeware trends that I ABSOLUTELY adore is the pressed flower glasses. They're not only super pretty but they bring back nostalgia of when my grandma used to teach me how to press flowers. This set of two glasses is just really magical.

4. Heartbreaker Cross Stitch £10.95 [x] : Cross stitches have become really in vogue recently, especially updated one with rude slogans etc... So if you're looking for a fun present to get one of your craft enthusiast friends, think about this fun cross stitch set!

5. Set of 4 Dark Botanical Coasters £12.00 [x] : Coasters are always a great way to add a bit of fun and style to a room and I love this dark set based off traditional plant illustrations. Love, love, love.

6. Navy Floral Letter box £7.50 each [x] : A spin on traditional letters, these cute boxes are great for storing away little trinkets. It's also available in a much brighter, pastel turquoise colour too!

Thank you for reading lovelies! I hope you have a great week!
