Lush | Dragon's Egg Bath Bomb

Dragon's-Egg-Bath-Bomb

Hello Lovelies! A couple of days ago, I had my own Daenerys moment, and finally got around to using my Dragon's egg bath bomb (£3.35). Dragon's Egg is deceptively simple looking - a plain white bath bomb with a few colourful discs sticking out from the side. If it wasn't for the name, it would be easy to overlook this bath bomb in favour of a more 'exciting' one. Scent wise I am a little in love. Dragon's egg has a lovely citrus scent, a mixture of lemon and Jasmine to create an almost sherbet scent.

When you drop Dragon's Egg into your bath, it immediately starts to fizz away releasing white foam and a few colourful little discs. Dragon's Egg is a bath bomb that you have to be patient with as it takes a long time to dissolve and initially I was actually a little disappointed as I thought this was all that Dragon's Egg had to offer. However after dissolving for a while, Dragon's Egg starts to spurt out a beautiful orange/gold colour as well as popping candy. I have to say this created one of my prettiest Lush baths to date, and the best part was it was a complete surprise!

All in all, Lush's Dragon Egg has become one of my all time favourite Lush products as it looks so ridiculously beautiful in the bath and has an amazing but not overpowering scent to match. Plus it leaves your water feeling lovely and soft.

Thank you for reading lovelies! Sorry about the lack of interesting posts recently, I've had the worst writer's block but hopefully with the start of a new month I'll be able to beat it. Let me know in the comment section below if you've ever used Dragon's Egg and what you thought of it.

  10. Quite a pretty display, but it smells like toilet cleaner and ends up looking like a bath full of wee.
