The Start Of A New Chapter

FRESHER'S WEEK

This week I had my Freshers at University, and it was both exciting and terrifying. I'll say first off that I didn't have a typical Freshers week at all, I didn't have any crazy drunken nights or go to any parties. But I made a good friend who I really got to know and spend time with, so I can't complain about how things have gone because I've met and had some great times meeting new people. I didn't move away for uni so I'm living at home in London, but it's still exciting meeting new people and learning Japanese and Korean even if it isn't quite the same as living away from home. London is a city that I have an undying love for. It's exciting, multi-cultural and I'm more than happy to be staying here.

LONG DISTANCE RELATIONSHIP

The other major change in my life is that I'm now going to be in a (sort of) long distance relationship with my boyfriend. He's going of to university at Norwich and I'll be staying in London for uni. He left yesterday and saying goodbye to him was one of the hardest things I've had to do. His mother was moving house too, so I was helping him clear his bedroom out and I couldn't hold my tears back at all. We also celebrated our six month anniversary on the Friday, hence the lovely roses above.

Adding to the tears, my boyfriend decided we should watch the last episode of Friends (my all time favourite show) and that made me even more depressed. Change is hard, but it's also exciting. I just hope that me and my boyfriend can do the distance because I don't want to lose him!

BLOGGING

It's the end of the holidays, and it's time for me to organise when to blog and actually find time to do it! I'll try my best to upload and update regularly and look forward to finding more and amazing blogs  and getting to know more of you here.

Thanks for reading lovelies! Are there any big new changes in your life?
