Lush | Mayday Bath Bomb

Hello Lovelies! Today I'm going to be telling you about Lush's lovely Mayday bath bomb (£2.95). I have to say that this is one of my all time favourite Lush designs, it's just so cute - who doesn't love badgers? To make things even better all the proceeds of this bath bomb (minus vat) will go to the groups behind the Votes For Animals Campaign: Animal Aid, The League Against Cruel Sports and Save Me. What this means is that you've probably never had a better excuse to pamper yourself because the proceeds of this bath bomb will go towards tackling animal cruelty!

Scent-wise, this is a really intriguing one as it's a mixture of a sherbety fragrance and the smell of fennel which creates a really beautiful calming scent. When you put this in your bath, there's no surprises, it simply makes your bath water white, with a bit of black too (that is barely noticeable by the end). There's also two pieces of paper that come out, with the Votes For Animals website on them, which is a nice touch. However, the scent really does shine through and your left afterwards smelling really lovely.

What do you think of Lush's Mayday bath bomb? Will you be buying one? If you want to get your paws on one of these limited edition bath bombs, you can buy them online here.

Thanks for reading lovelies - hope you're having a great Friday!

  4. I really need to have a slight browse of the products available in lush seeing as I am no longer close to a lush for the summer. All of these limited edition things you are advertising look great! I really want to experiment with different scents in the bath. :)

Also I love how lush support all sorts of different things. Currently in Ireland we have the Gay Marriage referendum. We are voting on whether gay people should have the right to marriage. Anyways I saw on instagram that people had massage bars saying yes for the vote which was such a lovely touch in my mind.
