Lush | Boo Bath Melt

Lush Boo Bath Melt

Hello Lovelies! Sometimes when it comes to Lush designs, simple is best and the Boo Bath Melt (£3.50) is a perfect example of that. Isn't he just so cute? Sorry Boo you aren't scaring me at all. But what might surprise you is that I've only ever used one Lush bath melt before because they're not really my thing. But you know what this year I couldn't resist little Boo. Its cute little meringue shape is partnered with a lovely calming scent of ginger, geranium and mimosa absolute giving it a floral but spicy scent perfect for Autumn.

My first impression of this bath melt in person is that it's kind of tiny, so when you consider its £3.50 price tag it can seem a little overpriced compared to Lush's bubble bars and bath melts. That said this little guy is rich with moisturising cocoa butter, so he's perfect for a really indulgent bath. When using this I just ran my bath, and dropped him in so that he could melt away. However, apparently according to Jen this little guy is a bath melt bubble bar hybrid so you can also run him under your tap to produce a few little bubbles.

The bath that Boo leaves you with is wonderfully moisturising and calming making it perfect for this time of year when we're all busy and fighting off colds. Personally it's not my cup of tea as it is very much a you get what you see product, as the bath you're left with is just simple and white. But that said if you're looking for something that will help moisturise your skin, and is simple then this will be perfect for you. I'm just not one of those people who gets very dry or rough skin so this doesn't do much for me!

  1. That looks like a white turd to me. LOL! I like that it's moisturizing as my skin is getting drier and drier. :-(
