Lush | Flowering Tea Reusable Bubble Bar

Hello Lovelies! Today I'm reviewing the Flowering Tea Reusable Bubble Bar (£4.95), which is by far the most bizarre product from the Mother's Day Collection. It was actually originally an Oxford Street Exclusive, but was brought out to all the stores as part of the Mother's Day Collection (yay!). Appearance wise, it's super simple, as it's shaped like a tea bag but I love the cute little 'Bath Dunk' tag. I have to admit, I usually don't like Reusable Bubble Bars at all, for a couple of reasons. Firstly they tend in general to not produce the nicest baths, as compared to their regular bubble bar counterparts. And secondly they seem to fall apart really easily, *cough* Pink Flamingo Bubble Bar *cough* - I'm looking at you. But luckily, I didn't have this problem at all with the Flowering Tea Bubble Bar because the string can actually take the weight of the bubble bar! Finally. Why can't they all be like this!

Scent wise, this is definitely something that you'll either love or hate. It has a very strong, super herbal scent to it so perfect for people who aren't big fans of artificial or sweet scents. When you run this under your tap, it produces a fluffy array of white bubbles but no colour, so it's very much all about the scent. What's great about this though is you can easily get 3-4 baths out of it, so it's amazing value. On my final bath, the bubble bar broke apart, and spurted out beautiful blue cornflower petals which I think was such a lovely little touch. And whilst this is very simple, it produced a lovely calming bath which is perfect for unwinding after a really long day!

All in all, whilst Flowering Tea Reusable Bubble Bar may not have the glitz and glam that many other Lush products do, it's perfect if you want a simple calming bath to end a long day. Plus, isn't the design just amazing. I hate to be a stereotype, but tea is actually my favourite thing ever.

Thank you for reading lovelies! I still have two more Lush reviews from the Mother's Day collection to share with you so keep your eyes peeled for them over the next two days!

  3. I'm not a huge herbal fan, so I'd probably go for something else, but the tea addict in me thinks this still looks so cool!
