Beauty | Rimmel London By Kate Lasting Finish Lipstick In 30

Hello Lovelies! Guess who jumped on the berry shade bandwagon? Yup, me. I picked up this lovely Rimmel London by Kate Lasting Finish Lipstick in 30 (£5.49) a week ago, because my lip collection was really calling out for something a bit darker for Autumn. One of the things I was really surprised by is that it doesn't have a name, just a number which actually annoys me a little because I spent a long time trying to see if it actually had a name. Ah reviewer problems... Maybe I'm just too used to my beauty products having fun names?

As with every other Rimmel London lipstick I've tried it hasn't disappointed. When applied it feels lovely and smooth and thankfully not dry at all, even though I do have quite dry lips at the moment. It has an ever so slightly shimmery finish, but this isn't really noticeable at all. In terms of lasting power, it's pretty good. Admittedly I've only tested this on a night out (because I doubt I'd wear this in the day!) but I found that it lasted a whole night of drinking/eating without coming off completely. That said it did get a little patchy, so this is definitely, like most lipsticks, one you will want to top up regularly.

As far as the shade goes, it's a lovely berry colour. It's a little darker than it looks pictures (at least on me because I'm so pale) so it really suits an evening or going out look! I'm really pleased with this one, and will definitely be using it a lot this Autumn/Winter!

Thank you for reading lovelies! Are you going to be wearing berry shades this Autumn?
