Lush | The Experimenter Bath Bomb

Hey lovelies! If you follow me on Instagram (vvnightingale), you'll know that last Friday I went to Lush's new Oxford Street store and bought some of their (currently) exclusive collection. Not to make those of you who can't go jealous, but the new products are just amazing, and I went in wanting basically everything, but held back and only got six.

One of the products I couldn't wait to try was Lush's The Experimenter Bath Bomb (£3.75).  The Experimenter Bath Bomb is a fun multi-coloured product, with a glitter shimmer to it. For me this has a really mysterious smoky scent, which just made me even more intrigued by it. When I put it in the bath, it quickly started to dissolve and the popping candy inside started popping pretty much from the get go (it took me a while to realise what the noise was haha). The Experimenter shoots about beautifully vibrant colours, as it fizzes in your bath leaving an almost galaxy like array of colour.

The only slightly disappointing thing about this bath bomb is that after the lovely display of colours, it does finally end up turning into a slightly murky dark blue colour and of course you're left with a lot of glitter in your tub - but this washes away fine. All in all The Experimenter Bath Bomb is definitely one of my favourite Lush products I've ever tried!

Thank you for reading lovelies! Have you been to Lush's new Oxford Street store?

    1. Haha yup I was covered in glitter afterwards haha, but it came off pretty easily! Do think the glitter is a little unnecessary even if it did look really pretty afterwards :)

  10. It initially looks like a rainbow exploded in your tub & I love that. Disappointing that it goes away & turns a murky blue. :]
